Sliced flank steak marinated with smoked chilies and topped with chipotle sauce. Served with dirty rice, salsa rustica, flour tortillas, market green salad (w/ cherry tomatoes & cilantro vinaigrette), and Mexican brownies. Add drinks, and you're all set.
